Spinal Decompression?

Success StoriesFrom Sandra Parr: "My husband, Tony, who is 78 years old, was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in the winter of 2009... Tony began to experience severe groin pain in September 2009. After seeing both a doctor and a neurologist, and after X Rays and a CT scan, he was told that nothing could be done for the disc problem and that he should simply rely on using a walking cane to move around, although he was prescribed varying medications for the pain, which had, by now, spread to his back. Shortly following the diagnosis, his left leg lost all nerve impulse, and the muscles no longer worked. He, consequently, temporarily lost the use of the leg and suffered numerous falls. We reasoned that Tony should take some further course of action or therapy and decided to explore chiropractic care. Dr. Daniel Zybutz was recommended to us by a friend and Tony began to see Dr. Zybutz in October 2009. At about this time, Tony’s right leg also suddenly lost nerve impulse and muscle strength, and Tony became depressed and anxious. He had lost his mobility, independence and confidence. Tony continued with the therapy 3 times per week and we were both impressed with Dr. Zybutz’s skill, calm manner and positive feedback. As time progressed, Tony’s mobility began to improve, and so did his mood. The pain had also gone and Tony was no longer taking any medications. The better he began to feel, the less depressed he became. Towards the end of March, Dr. Zybutz decided to put Tony into a course of traction sessions in addition to the regular chiropractic work. A month later, Tony had regained the strength and mobility in both of his legs, and he now walks without the aid of a cane and, as an avid golfer, is back on the golf course 2 or 3 times a week. The improvement in Tony’s quality of life has been remarkable. He is stronger and fitter than he was before he was diagnosed with the condition and is now healthy and confident. We credit all of this to Dr. Zybutz without whose care Tony would have been helpless. Dr. Zybutz is a fine practitioner and is knowledgeable and medically astute. We would highly recommend him and chiropractic care to anyone seeking improvement in his general health and well being." |
